Hereby I proudly present another solution to a problem, which most probably just I have ;)

Consuming AudioStreams from the Internet via Browser is a simple solution for having some Music during work/sitting in front of the PC.

The problem I had with this was, that I always had a unused Browser window/tab open and always accidentally closed it, when closing some windows.

The simplest solution to this was just to write a simple .NET Programm, which uses the IE to show / render and play the stream. This little, but useful piece of software also hides completely from your desktop and is usually just visible in your SystemTray.
